范俊峰,食品科学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。共主持包括国家自然科学基金项目和教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金在内的国家及省部级课题14项, 与企业有深厚的合作基础,主持多项横向项目,申请多项发明专利;在国内外学术期刊累计发表学术论文近40余篇,其中包括第一作者和通讯作者SCI论文16篇,发表论文涉及食品科学领域和中药药理领域多个顶尖期刊和知名杂志,包括Food Chemistry (食品化学), Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (农业与食品化学),Molecular Nutrition & Food Research (分子营养与食品研究), Food & Function (食品与功能), Journal of Food Science, BBB, Journal ofEthnopharmacology (民族药理学), Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine (循证医学与替代医学)等;在分子营养及分子模拟方面有深入研究;宁夏林业研究所股份有限公司特聘专家,北京商贸学校特聘专家,美国营养学会(ASN)会员。
