  张德强,博士,男,1973年12月生,河北省临漳县人。现任林木遗传育种学科教授、博士生导师, 国际交流与合作处处长,林木花卉遗传育种教育部重点实验室主任,兼任国际林联杨树与柳树工作委员会副主席,入选万人计划-科技创新领军人才与“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,获中国青年科技奖,享受国务院特殊津贴。

  成果与奖励  
 

科研成果:
1、系统揭示了林木自然群体全基因组遗传变异规律及遗传效应,主要包括:① 剖析了杨树群体基因组遗传变异特征;② 揭示了自然群体遗传多样性与遗传结构;③ 精准解析了基因内SSR、SNP与InDel位点的遗传效应。研究结果为研究林木物种进化、进行杨树核心种质保存、林木分子设计与精准育种提供了科学理论依据。
2、首创林木数量性状加性、显性与上位性效应联合解析新策略:首次通过整合数量性状三种主要遗传效应(加性、显性和上位性)联合解析模型,系统解析了林木生物学途径上多个关键基因联合控制生长与木材品质性状遗传变异的工作,提出在林木遗传改良中应同时对加性、显性与上位性效应进行检测,以提高遗传增益,为推动林木数量性状遗传改良提供了新的育种理论。
3、率先开展“基于家系与自然群体”的连锁-连锁不平衡联合作图研究:首次将林木家系群体连锁作图、参考基因组信息、自然群体关联作图、与转录组表达谱验证等策略联合应用到数量性状的遗传解析工作,强调了连锁-连锁不平衡联合作图策略在揭示树木重要数量性状遗传结构方面的优势,为林木、花卉及其它非模式作物QTLs精细作图提供了崭新的策略与重要的参考,开创了基于参考基因组的林木连锁-连锁不平衡联合作图的新领域。
